Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (1) continued... <br /> settlement. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by APPROVED ADMINISTRATIVE SETTLEMENT FOR <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the ACQUISITION OF 1503-1505 S.KEMBLE AVENUE <br /> Commission approved Administrative IN THE AMOUNT OF$48,600. <br /> Settlement for acquisition of 1503-1505 S. <br /> Kemble Avenue in the amount of$48,600. <br /> (2) Resolution No. 2914 related to acquisition <br /> of property at 1510 S. Kendall St. <br /> Mr. Relos noted 1510 S. Kendall was added <br /> to the Airport Economic Development Area <br /> Acquisition List by Resolution No. 2668 on <br /> May 21, 2010. It is a two story, four <br /> bedroom single family residence with a two <br /> car garage. The property owner would like <br /> participate in the goals of the Commission in <br /> its efforts to clean and clear this area, and <br /> contacted staff of their interest in selling this <br /> property. <br /> Resolution No. 2914 sets the acquisition <br /> value of the property at $21,750, the average <br /> of two independent appraisals. Staff <br /> recommends approval. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2914 <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY AT 1510 <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2914 S.KENDALL ST. <br /> related to acquisition of property at 1510 S. <br /> Kendall St. <br /> (3) Administrative Settlement for 1510 s. <br /> Kendall St. <br /> 22 <br />
