Resolution No. 2900 continued... <br /> Mr. Leone noted that this is language that results <br /> from an ordinance passed by the South Bend <br /> Common Council promoting minority and <br /> women's business enterprise diversity within the <br /> City of South Bend. That ordinance requires <br /> certain language to be part of all city contracts. <br /> This is the standard language that the Legal <br /> Department has developed.
