Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (11) Resolution No. 2897 approving the Fair <br /> Market Value of Property in the Airport <br /> Economic Development Area (604 S. Scott <br /> Street, former Millennium Environmental, <br /> Inc.) <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that the city picked up this <br /> property at 604 S. Scott St. at tax sale. We <br /> were able to use some environmental <br /> remediation funds from IDEM to do <br /> environmental cleanup at the property. Now <br /> we would like to put it on the market. <br /> Resolution No. 2897 sets the fair market <br /> value at $42,500, the average of two <br /> independent appraisals. The property is 2.6 <br /> acres. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2897 <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the APPROVING THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2897 PROPERTY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT AREA(604 S. SCOTT STREET, <br /> approving the Fair Market Value of Property FORMER MILLENNIUM ENVIRONMENTAL,INC. <br /> in the Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (604 S. Scott Street, former Millennium <br /> Environmental, Inc.) <br /> (12) Bid Specifications and Design <br /> Considerations for 604 S. Scott Street <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that the Bid Specifications <br /> and Design Considerations include that <br /> proposals must include a basic reuse plan for <br /> the site and a project timeline. Projects must <br /> be compatible with the goals and objectives <br /> of the Development Plan for the Airport <br /> Economic Development Area. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE BID <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS <br /> Commission approved the Bid Specifications FOR 604 S.
