Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (7) continued... <br /> This Addendum covers twenty-four <br /> structures in areas where the Commission <br /> owns properties that are not adjacent to non- <br /> owned structures, thereby making it easier <br /> for asbestos abatement and to demolish and <br /> clear the properties. Another addendum will <br /> be presented for additional demolitions when <br /> key properties are acquired to allow for <br /> easier abatement and property clearance. <br /> It is estimated that the total cost of this <br /> project will be $300,000, which includes <br /> asbestos abatement prior to demolition, plus <br /> demolition and property clearance. A <br /> right-of-way is needed through Adams Road <br /> Estates, owned by Steve Cooreman. The <br /> right-of-way will be 100' wide and roughly <br /> 2700' in length.
