South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting— October 19, 2001 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. Continued... <br />Mr. Beitzinger introduced Mr. Jim Larkin and <br />invited him to add to the report. <br />Mr. Larkin expressed his excitement for the <br />project and offered to answer any questions the <br />Commission may have. <br />Mr. Hunt expressed the Commission's <br />excitement about the project and the jobs as <br />well. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1849 an <br />application for real property tax deduction for <br />property located at 110 South Hill Street in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. (J & J <br />Leasing, LLC) <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1850 an application for real <br />property tax deduction for property located <br />at 2834 West Calvert Street in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (G & M Prop.) <br />Properties located within Redevelopment Areas <br />require Redevelopment Commission approval <br />0 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 1849 <br />AN APPLICATION FOR REAL PROPERTY TAX <br />DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 110 <br />SOUTH HILL STREET IN THE SOUTH BEND <br />CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA.
