Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Obligations and Release of <br />Mortgage for property located at 1014 Eddy <br />Street. (Norman Buckman) <br />Mr. Inks noted that items 61 and 6.u. are related <br />to the Rental Rehab Loan Program. After ten <br />years of payment waivers, the obligation of the <br />borrower is satisfied and we release the <br />mortgage on the property. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by Mr. <br />Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Satisfaction of <br />Obligations and Release of Mortgage for <br />property located at 1014 Eddy Street. (Louis & <br />Mary Seago) <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Rock introduced a new Redevelopment staff <br />member, Gary Overmier.
