Continued... <br />Mr. Case explained that the next step in the <br />Lone Wolf Enterprises -Olive Road Commerce <br />Park, Section II Project is to extend NIPSCO <br />gas service to the project area. The cost is <br />$7,916. This money will be reimbursed to the <br />City as customers are added to the service. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Agreement for <br />Extension of Facilities to Supply Gas Service in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Lone Wolf Enterprises -Olive Road Commerce <br />Park, Section II from NIPSCO) <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located at <br />1014 Eddy Street. (Norman L. & Deborah <br />Buckman) <br />Mr. Inks explained that under the terms of the <br />Rental Rehab Program 10% of the loan is <br />forgiven each year if certain conditions are met. <br />This Certificate of Waiver forgives $789 of the <br />loan as of August 31, 2001. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of Waiver <br />for property located at 1014 Eddy Street. <br />(Norman L. & Deborah Buckman) <br />n.
