Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />— the site shall be 7,500 sq. ft. It is <br />preferred that the development be <br />multi -story in nature to present a similar <br />street and pedestrian presence as adjacent <br />structures. <br />— All proposals for the development of the <br />parcel must include a basic site plan and <br />a project timeline detailing aspects of the <br />site development. All proposals for the <br />parcel must conform to the existing <br />zoning set forth for "MU"' Mixed Use <br />Commercial as described in the South <br />Bend Zoning Ordinance. <br />— Bidders are required to present their <br />proposals at the April 1, 2005 Regular <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Bid Specifications <br />and Design Considerations for property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(1115 South Michigan Street) <br />(3) Commission authorization requested to <br />publish the Notice of Disposition of Land <br />with publication dates of March 11, 2005 <br />and March 18, 2005 and Receipt of Bids at <br />10:00 a.m. on April 1, 2005. (1115 South <br />Michigan Street) <br />Mr. Schalliol requested approval for staff to <br />advertise the Legal Notice of Disposition of <br />Land related to the disposition of the South <br />Michigan Street Disposition Parcel.
