South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />G, <br />Regular Meeting —April 1, 2005 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />G. South Bend Medical Services District <br />There was no business in the South Bend Medical <br />Services District. <br />H. West Washington - Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />I. South Side Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2159 acknowledging <br />changes to the schedule for completion of <br />the Erskine Commons project and <br />authorizing staff to prepare a revised and <br />restated agreement by and between the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />and Anchor Acquisitions, Ltd. to reflect <br />the revised project schedule. <br />Ms. Greene reported that the Development <br />Agreement between Anchor Acquisitions, <br />Ltd. and the Redevelopment Commission <br />contains a number of dates that have grown <br />stale and the Development Agreement must <br />eventually be revised to reflect the current <br />status of the Project. Some of the dates in the <br />Development Agreement that concern the <br />Project schedule and financing schedule are <br />unknown at this point in time as the dates are <br />dependent upon, among other things, <br />completion of the site remediation and sign - <br />off by entities who are not parties to the <br />Development Agreement. Rather than ask <br />the Commission to approve an Amended and <br />Restated Agreement each and every time a <br />dates changes, Resolution No. 2159 provides <br />16 <br />THERE WAS NO BUSINESS IN THE SOUTH BEND <br />MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT. <br />THERE WAS NO BUSINESS IN THE WEST <br />WASHINGTON- CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />
