South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — April 15, 2005 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />H. South Side Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE AMENDED AND <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the RESTATED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />Commission approved the Amended and RELATED TO THE ERSKINE VILLAGE PROJECT. <br />Restated Development Agreement related to <br />the Erskine Village Project. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2162 approving the <br />execution of Continuing Disclosure <br />Undertaking Agreement and other related <br />documents concerning the Erskine Village <br />Project located in the South Side <br />Development Area <br />Ms. Greene noted that incidental to the <br />expected bond closing on April 19th, a <br />number of documents will need to be signed <br />by the Commission, including the Continuing <br />Disclosure Undertaking Agreement and a <br />Certificate of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission Regarding the Transcript and <br />Application of Tax Increment Revenues, all <br />documents which are part of the bond sale. <br />Baker & Daniels is bond counsel for this <br />bond and has negotiated the documents and <br />Legal Counsel has also reviewed the <br />documents. By Resolution No. 2162 the <br />Commission is approving execution of those <br />documents necessary to affect the bond <br />closing. <br />IL 15 <br />
