South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — May 20, 2005 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />F. South Bend Medical Services District <br />(1) continued... <br />approximately $2M. The bond sizing will <br />take place after bids have been received on <br />Monday, May 23, 2005. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Engagement <br />Letter from Crowe Chizek and Company, <br />LLC to perform financial advisory services <br />related to the proposed Bartlett Street <br />Relocation Project. Mr. King abstained from <br />voting. <br />G. West Washington- Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />H. South Side Development Area <br />There was no business in the South Side <br />Development Area. <br />I. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br />There was no business in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area. <br />J. Other <br />There was no Other business. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Inks reported that staff is pleased with housing <br />investments being made within the inner city. Particular <br />L, 22 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE ENGAGEMENT <br />LETTER FROM CROWE CHIZEK AND COMPANY, <br />LLC TO PERFORM FINANCIAL ADVISORY <br />SERVICES RELATED TO THE PROPOSED BARTLETT <br />STREET RELOCATION PROJECT. MR.
