Tax Abatements <br />(4) continued... <br />families are relocating from local areas <br />outside the city limits and embrace the <br />opportunity to become a part of the South <br />Bend community and the university area. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2167 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 914 Notre <br />Dame Avenue in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area. (Craig <br />and Marta Brummell) <br />ILB. Housing <br />There was no Housing business. <br />C. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Appraisal of 121 S. St. Joseph Street air <br />rights) <br />Mr. Williams reported that the appraisals are <br />related to the disposition of air space located <br />at 121 S. St. Joseph Street in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. Four (4) <br />proposals were requested and two (2) were <br />received by staff. The information is as <br />follows: <br />R. E. McCloskey & Associates, Inc. $3,000 <br />R. E.
