Airport Economic Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposals for environmental services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area and <br />accepted the proposal from Wightman Petrie <br />Environmental for the scope of services and <br />fee proposed. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for demolition of garage in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(2626 Linden St.) <br />Mr. Witwer explained that this garage is <br />among the properties we own east of Bosch <br />that is in need of cleanup. Staff has <br />concluded that this garage would be too <br />costly and extremely difficult to properly <br />secure, and that it should be demolished as <br />soon as possible. Staff has received three <br />bids for demolition, the lowest being from <br />Warner and Sons for $13,825.11.
