South Bend Central Development Area <br />0 <br />8. continued... <br />Staff is working to prepare a disposition bid <br />packet for this site and updated appraisals are <br />needed. These appraisers did the acquisition <br />appraisals on the site and were asked to <br />update the appraisals now that the site has <br />been cleared.
