Resolution <br />No. 2362 conveys the property to the Board <br />of Public Works so that it can be transferred <br />to Transpo as agreed. <br />Mr. Peczkowski asked how it is determined <br />whose ownership within the city a property <br />falls. Mr. Peterson responded that the <br />property is the former Driesbach auto <br />dealership. When it came into the hands of <br />the city it just happened to be titled to the <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Peczkowski, seconded <br />by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2362 <br />approving the transfer of real property to the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana Board of Public <br />Works (63 3 S Michigan) <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Title work, 633 S. Michigan St.) <br />Mr. Inks noted that staff requested a proposal <br />for title work from Meridian Title for the <br />Commission owned parking lots used by <br />Transpo at 633 S. Michigan St. and the <br />former Toasty's parking lot.
