South Side Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 2892 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br />to the Master Agency Agreement (748 <br />Hawbaker Demolition Planning) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that this Addendum To <br />Master Agency Agreement is for contracting <br />with Christopher B. Burke Engineering to <br />provide demolition and project design <br />services for the demolition and reuse of 748 <br />Hawbaker Street. <br />On May 27 the Commission purchased 748 <br />Hawbaker, located north of Menards and <br />south of the Mutual Bank on Ireland and <br />High Street, for uses consistent with the <br />Erskine Plaza Pond project and the Ireland <br />and High intersection improvement project. <br />The lot will be cleared and a sidewalk will be <br />constructed along the eastern edge of the <br />property that will connect the Mendards <br />property and the western end of Erskine <br />Plaza to Ireland Road. The property will also <br />be "land banked" to potentially provide <br />drainage relief if conditions require extra <br />storm water management solutions in that <br />western end of the project area.
