South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —June 14, 2011 <br />on May 27, 2011 affected property owners <br />and registered neighborhood associations <br />were sent notice of the Public Hearing; and <br />(9) The mail was checked prior to this <br />meeting. As of 4:00 p.m., June 14, 2011, <br />there were no written remonstrances received <br />related to Resolution No. 2876. <br />Mr. Relos noted that on April 26, 2011, the <br />Commission approved declaratory <br />Resolution No. 2860. On May 17, 2011, the <br />St. Joseph County Area Plan Commission, <br />approved its Resolution No. 218 -11, which <br />approved, ratified, and confirmed Resolution <br />No. 2860, determining that it conforms to the <br />plan of development for the City. On <br />May 23, 2011, the South Bend Common <br />Council, approved its Resolution No. 4107- <br />11, which approved, ratified, and confirmed <br />the Area Plan Commission's Resolution <br />No. 218 -11. The final process in amending <br />the Development Plan is the public hearing <br />and consideration of confirming Resolution <br />No. 2876. <br />Mr. Varner questioned whether the Council <br />Resolution No. 4107 -11 was the correct <br />number.
