Mr. Varner questioned if this was the statutory annual notice that TIF funds are needed in the TIF area. Mr. Inks replied that, no, that notice will be made at the June 28 meeting. It is due by mid -July each year. Mr. Inks noted that the public hearing file is complete, containing (1) a copy of Resolution No. 2880 determining to make the appropriation and public hearing on Resolution No. 2881; (2) a copy of the notice of the hearing; (3) a copy of Resolution No. 2881; Mr. Inks noted that we do not yet have the affidavit from the South Bend Tribune verifying a notice was published in the newspaper on June 3, 2011, but staff did personally verify that notice was made in the South Bend Tribune on that day and we are expecting an affidavit delivered from the SBT shortly. We did receive (4) the affidavit from the Tri- County News that the notice of hearing was published on June 3, 2011.
