Kathy Cekanski— <br /> Farrand reported that no new local ordinances were needed in that State Law sufficed. Citizen <br /> member Kyle Chamberlin asked if the graffiti was gang related or simple"tagging." Chief Boykins <br /> said, both, and promised to supply a graffiti gang symbol chart. With no further discussion, <br /> Chairperson White asked for a Committee recommendation. Councilmember Rouse motioned <br /> Bill No. 23-11 be sent favorably.
