This provision does not create a right to dischar a an <br />substance not otherwise permitted to be discharged by this <br />Division a permit issued thereunder,or an a licable Federal or <br />State law. <br />Notification of batch or infrequent discharge <br />The Director may re quire an industrial user that discharges <br />industrial wastewater on a batch or infrequent basis to submit notification <br />to the Director up to 24 hours prior to <br />discharge of such wastewater, in <br />order to allow inspection and sampling. <br />�p) General Standards-for Reports <br />W Anal tical Requirements <br />All ollutant analyses, including sam lip techni ues to be <br />submitted as part of a wastewater discharge Permit application or report <br />shall be performed in accordance with the. techniques prescribed in 40 <br />CFR Part 136 and amendments thereto, unless otherwise specified in an <br />a licable categorical Pretreatment Standard. If 40 CFR Part 136 does not <br />contain sampling or analytical techni ues for the pollutant in question, or <br />where the EPA determines that the Part 136 sam lip and anal ical <br />techniques are ina ro riate for the pollutant in question sam 1;Tlcr and <br />analyses shall be perfomed by using validated anal3qical methods or an <br />other applicable sampling and.anal3jical procedures, includin rocedures <br />53 <br />
