This notification shall include the location <br />of the dischar e type of waste concentration and volume if <br />known and corrective actions taken by the User. <br />b. Within five _ S days following such-discharge, the User <br />shall unless waived b the Director, submit a detailed written <br />report describing the causes of the discharge and the measures to <br />be taken bv the User, to prevent similar future occurrences. Such <br />r- -- ucuiva u to purson or <br />penalties, or other liabilily which may be imposed pursuant to this <br />Division. <br />C, A notice shall be permanently_ posted on the User's bulletin <br />board or other prominent place. advising em Io ees who to call in <br />the event of a discharge described in ara rah a above. <br />Employers_ shall ensure that all employees, who could cause such a <br />dischar e to occur, are advised of the emergency notification <br />procedure. <br />d. Significant Industrial Users are re aired to notif y the <br />_Director immediately of any changes at its facility affecting the <br />potential for a Slug Dischar e. <br />(7) Reports from Un ermined Users <br />All Users not-required to obtain an individual wastewater discharge <br />ermit shall provide appropriate re orts to the Director as the Director ma <br />re wire. <br />(8) Notice of ViolationlRepeat Sampling and Repnrtin <br />If sampling erformed by a User indicates a violation the User <br />must notify the Director. within twenty -four (24, hours of becomin g aware, <br />of the violation. The User shall also repe4LLh-e--S-arnpIing and analysis and <br />submit the results of the repeat analysis to the Director within thirt 30 <br />days after becoming aware of the violation. <br />51 <br />
