f Individual wastewater discharge permits shall be voidable u on <br />cessation of operations or transfer of business ownershi All individual <br />wastewater discharge permits issued to a User are void upon the issuance <br />of ,a new individual_ wastewater_discharge permit to that User. <br />speeifie operation and m —not assignahle t—. noiher- dise,�.,fge <br />-RIIV �7TTTii3G7iRI GI' -"VT <br />Individual <br />wastewater• discharge pennits, mgy be transferred to a new owner or <br />operator only if the permittee gives at least thi 30 days advance notice <br />to the Director and_ the Director _approves the individual wastewater <br />discharge permit transfer.__ The notice, to the Director must include a <br />written certification by the new owner or operator which: <br />a. States that the new owner and /or operator has no immediate <br />intent to change the facility's operations and lrocesses; <br />b. Identifies the specific date on which the transfer is to occur; <br />and <br />C. Acknowledges full responsibility., for complying with the <br />existing individual wastewater discharge permit. <br />Failure to provide advance notice of a transfer renders the individual , , <br />wastewater discharge hermit void as of the date of facility transfer. <br />A User with an expiring individual wastewater discharge permit shall <br />apply for an individual wastewater dischgge_ permit , reissuance by <br />submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with Subsection <br />"Individual Wastewater Discharge Permit — Contents" of this Section <br />17-10, a minimum of ninety ( 90 ) _ days prior to the expiration of the User's <br />existing individual wastewater discharge Permit. <br />The Director may revoke an individual wastewater discharge permit <br />for good cause, which shall be subject to appeal under _Section 17 -11(c} of <br />this Division, but the effectiveness of revocation _shall not be stayed <br />pending administrative appeal. Reasons far ermit revocation by the <br />Director include but are not limited to the following: <br />a. Failure to notify the Director of -significant changes to the <br />wastewater prior to the changed discharge; <br />43 <br />
