The Director may require other Users to obtain <br />individual wastewater discharge Rermits as necessary to carry out the <br />pun2oses of this Division. <br />3 Any violation of the terms and conditions of an individual wastewater <br />dischar &e permit shall be deemed a violation of this Division and subiects <br />the wastewater discharge permittee_to_the sanctions set out in Sections 17- <br />11. through 17 713 of this Division. _ Obtaining an individual wastewater <br />discharge permit does not relieve a„permittee_ of its -obligation to comply_ <br />with all Federal State and Local Pretreatment Standards and <br />Requirements. <br />Lej Individual Wastewater DischaMe Permit: New Connections. <br />Any User reguired to obtain an ,individual wastewater discharge permit <br />who proposes to begin or recommence discharging into the POTW must <br />obtain such permit prior to the beginning or recommencing of such <br />discharge. An application for this individual wastewater discharge permit, <br />in accordance with Subsection below of this Division must be filed at <br />least ninety (90) days prior to the date upon which any discharge <br />begin or recommence. <br />(d} fn Individual Wastewater Dischar e Permit aA.A pplication ; e= Contents. <br />(1) All Users re wired to obtain an individual wastewater discharge <br />permit shall submit a permit a lication. Applications for wastewater <br />discharge permits may be procured from the Director. The Director may <br />require Users to submit all or some of the following information as part of <br />a permit application:. <br />a. ' IdentiMnLy Information <br />D The name and address of the facility, includinle the <br />name of the operator and owner. <br />ii Contact information, description of activities, facilities, <br />and plant production processes on the premises,, <br />b. Environmental Permits. A list of _gay environmental <br />control permits held by or for the facility. <br />C.
