Sec. 17-34 32. Construction of nArticle. <br />No statement contained in this aArticle shall be construed as being amendatory to or <br />taking precedence over the provisions of this Code fixing the schedule of rates and charges to be <br />collected by the City from the owners of property served by the wastewater collection and <br />treatment system. <br />Sec. 17 -3-5 33. Severability'and conflicts. <br />(a) If any provision, paragraph, work, section or chapter of this aArticle is <br />invalidated by a court of competent ,jurisdiction, the remaining provisions, <br />paragraphs, works, sections, and chapters shall not be affected and shall continue <br />in full force and effect. <br />(b) All other City Code provisions, ordinances and parts of other ordinances <br />inconsistent or conflicting with any part of this aArticle are hereby repealed to the <br />extent of such inconsistency or conflict. <br />Secs. 17-38 34- 1738.
