APPENDIX "C" <br />SCHEDULE <br />All work by the ENGINEER under this Agreement shall be completed and <br />delivered to the OWNER as follows, exclusive of OWNER's review. <br />A. Field Survey completed within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice <br />to Proceed and removal of last field crops. <br />B. Alignment Planning (30% Plans) completed within 90 calendar days of <br />receiving Field Survey. <br />C. Right -of -Way Engineering <br />1. Title Work within 45 calendar days after NTP. <br />2. R/W engineering, plats and legal descriptions within 60 calendar <br />days after OWNER approval of right of way. <br />D. R/W Acquisition <br />1. Appraisals within 45 calendar days after receipt of completion of the <br />title work and approval of right of way by City. <br />2. An offer to purchase property will be made within 45 calendar days <br />after receipt of approved and reviewed appraisals. Buying is <br />anticipated to take up to approximately 180 days. <br />The right of way footprint will be secured by approximately November 2011, <br />based on a notice to proceed by September 27, 2010. <br />1 of 1 <br />Appendix "C" <br />
