On behalf of all of the citizens of the City of South Bend, Indiana, the <br />congratulates <br />Common Council hereby all of the award recipients of the South Bend Tribune for <br />bringing the highest of honors to themselves, their family, friends & colleagues, the South Bend <br />Tribune & all of the residents of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for being recognized as one of <br />th <br />the most honored newspapers at the 25 Annual Awards Banquet of the Indiana Chapter of the <br />Society of Professional Journalists for journalism excellence held on April 29, 2005, in <br />Indianapolis, Indiana. <br />Section II .
