South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting —May 10, 2011
6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.)
G. Other
(1) Extension and Expansion Addendum to
Agreement for programs and services with
Urban Enterprise Association of South
Bend, Inc. Mr. Inks replied that UEA has at
least two funding sources; the money they
generate themselves (local beneficiaries) and
the City of South Bend funds that flow
through the Redevelopment Commission to
the UEA. And it is those funds that came
through the Commission that we're talking
about today ($41,000).
Mr. Varner asked if UEA administered the
program and is it who is asking to move the
21
