REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 14, 2006 <br />BILL NO. 52-06 FIRST READING ON A BILL OF THE <br /> COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA, ANNEXING TO AND <br /> BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LAND IN <br /> GERMAN TOWNSHIP, CONTIGUOUS <br /> THEREWITH; COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT 1, <br /> SOUTHWEST CORNER OF OLIVE ROAD AND <br /> BRICK ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, 25401 BRICK <br /> ROAD, EAST 50 FEET WEST OF OLIVE ROAD <br /> AND A WEDGE ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF <br /> THE PROPERTY ALONG THE 25000 BLOCK <br /> OF BRICK ROAD <br />This bill had first reading. Councilmember Puzzello made a motion to refer this bill to <br />the Zoning and Annexation Committee and set it for Public Hearing on October 9, 2006 <br />and Third Reading on October 23, 2006. Councilmember Dieter seconded the motion <br />which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br />BILL NO. 53-06 FIRST READING ON A BILL OF THE <br /> COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA, ANNEXING TO AND <br /> BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND AMENDING <br /> THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED IN CENTRE TOWNSHIP, <br /> CONTIGUOUS THEREWITH; COUNCILMANIC <br /> DISTRICT NO. 5, SOUTHFIELD LAKE, 61362 <br /> MIAMI ROAD <br />This bill had first reading. Councilmember Pfeifer made a motion to refer this bill to the <br />Area Plan Commission.
