(LFA) is pleased to submit this proposal to <br />provide Professional Engineering Services to the City of South Bend (City) for the Main <br />Street to Lafayette Boulevard Connector, Roundabout and Street Improvements. <br />The proposal includes the following documents: <br />• Scope of Relocation Agent Services, Appendix A <br />• Revised Sub - consultant Proposal and Schedule, Appendix B. <br />The proposal was prepared at your request on the basis of our meeting on <br />March 3, 2011. <br />We propose this Scope of Services be performed on a per location basis as a <br />direct cost to our Sub - consultant.
