Participants may access the <br /> facility by entering the airport at the new roundabout and turning left at the former route for <br /> Lincolnway West to access the public safety building. <br /> Representatives of the City of South Bend, the airport and the project's engineering consultant <br /> will be on hand to answer questions and address concerns. <br /> Planned improvements to Olive Road will extend from the F. Jay Nimtz Parkway/Old Cleveland <br /> Rd. south to Lincolnway West and Pine Road. 'They are scheduled to begin in summer 2008 in <br /> tandem with the airport's efforts to redesign and rebuild the interchange at U.S. 20 and the U.S. <br /> 31 Bypass. <br /> "The changes planned will provide improved utilization of the airport and the necessary <br /> infrastructure to accommodate industrial growth for the area,"said Nicholas Witwer, economic <br /> development planner for the City of South Bend's Department of Community and Economic <br /> Development. <br /> In 2004, Olive Road was widened to four lanes between Brick Road and the F.
