REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 23, 2006 <br />Mr. McGowan advised this petition relates to only the purchase of the equipment. He <br />stated that Enzyme Research Laboratories, Inc., will be purchasing and installing new <br />equipment. The project will result in increased production capacity and an expanded <br />product line. The estimated cost for acquisition of the equipment if $800,000. Mr. <br />McGowan again reiterated that this bill relates to only the purchase of the equipment. <br />The previous bill was submitted for the rehabilitation of the larger facility. <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in <br />opposition to this Resolution, Councilmember Dieter made a motion to adopt this <br />Resolution.
