A profusion of galleries are in bloom at <br /> this year's Spring Art Walk 2007. On May 5ffi, from 11:00am to <br /> 5:00pm, eleven galleries along the Colfax Ave and Lincoln Way <br /> West Arts Corridors will throw open their doors and a give South <br /> Bend residents a great chance to explore downtown's burgeoning <br /> urban arts scene. Live music and food will augment what's sure to <br /> be a wonderful afternoon, with enough art to suit every taste <br /> imaginable. <br /> Visit Piser Designs to see beautifully furniture, wine racks and wood items, hand crafted by local <br /> artisans, or go next door to browse a selection of fine paper, letter-pressed stationary and <br /> handmade books at Spark Design Studio. <br /> If you're interested in local artists, Circa Arts Gallery will be featuring paintings, pottery and <br /> jewelry from over 60 local artists (as well as hosting the contemporary folk sounds of Wolf& <br /> Whitledge). Or you can check out an exhibition of Midwestern artists at the "Art & Social <br /> Justice Show" at Colfax Campus Galleries. <br /> Fire Arts, Inc. is holding their annual Garden Show during this year's Spring Art Walk, full of <br /> artwork for your garden and patio. Saturday is also Fire Arts' mini-workshop day, where <br /> everyone can make their own piece of artwork under the guidance of a professional. Create a <br /> one-of-a-kind masterpiece in bronze, clay, stone...or even soap! <br /> The South Bend Regional Art Museum will play host to a number of events, including Biennieal <br /> 24, a look at 15 Midwestern artists in the Warner Gallery, the African American Arts <br />
