South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (7) continued... <br /> Commission approved the Listing Agreement <br /> with Grubb & Ellis/Cressy & Everett for <br /> 213-217 South Main Street. <br /> C. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (1) Listing Agreement with Grubb & <br /> Ellis/Cressy & Everett for 401 Bendix <br /> Drive. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that the second listing <br /> agreement is for the Bosch property at 401 <br /> Bendix Drive. This property has three <br /> components: a 267,000 sf warehouse, a <br /> 77,812 sf office building, and 28.70 +/- acres. <br /> The listing price for this property is <br /> $2,413,684. Staff requests approval of the <br /> Listing Agreement. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE LISTING <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the AGREEMENT WITH GRUBS&ELLIS/CRESSY& <br /> Commission approved the Listing Agreement EVERETT FOR 401 BENDIx DRIVE <br /> with Grubb & Ellis/Cressy & Everett for 401 <br /> Bendix Drive. <br /> (2) Resolution No. 2857 adopting <br /> Architectural and Site Design Guidelines <br /> for Ignition Park. <br /> Ms. Hathaway noted that the architectural <br /> and site design guidelines for Ignition Park, <br /> pertain to all primary accessory buildings to <br /> create four-sided buildings that contribute to <br /> the over all image of Ignition Park as a <br /> launching pad for technological innovation <br /> and a cohesive development with emphasis <br /> 10 <br />
