The year-long festival of <br /> events and programs will be held on the 29th of every month (with the exception of <br /> February) to showcase all that our community has to enjoy, at City parks and <br /> facilities, museums, and other venues throughout South Bend. Each event has been <br /> designed to entertain residents and visitors from 3 to 103, and everyone is invited! <br /> City Celebration events are the perfect way to explore South Bend, at locales <br /> including the Pierre Navarre Cabin at Leeper Park, the Muessel-Ellison & Ella <br /> Morris Greenhouse & Conservatories, Howard Park Ice Rink, St. Joseph Co.
