Major Webster advised that at the present time they have exceeded those <br /> goals. He stated that it is their hope and desire to be an impact in the community and to <br /> bring a sense of change, hope and accomplishment that people can feel proud and <br /> honored to live, work be involved in recreation in that area. Major Webster stated that he <br /> hopes that everything they are doing in this project will serve to be an example in the <br /> community. <br /> There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in <br /> opposition to this bill, Councilmember Dieter made a motion for favorable <br /> recommendation to full Council concerning this bill.
