(2) Individual Signs <br /> Individual Identification Signs are signs which identify an individual tenant, use or <br /> multi-family residential complex. <br /> (A) Building identification signs are permitted for all individual commercial <br /> uses and for multi-family uses located in a mixed-use building. <br /> (i) Type of Signs <br /> Building identification signs may be: <br /> (a) Wall Signs (Panel Signs, Pin-Mounted Signs or Painted <br /> Signs); <br /> (b) Projecting Signs (Grand Blade Signs); <br /> (c) Projecting Signs (Blade Signs); <br /> (d) Awning Signs; <br /> (e) Canopy Signs (which may include pin-mounted letters <br /> attached above or below the canopy edge); <br /> (f) Suspended Signs (Arcade Signs); <br /> (g) Window Signs; or, <br /> (h) Menu Box Wall Signs (restaurant uses only). Menu boxes <br /> should be approximately eighteen inches wide by twenty- <br /> seven inches tall by three inches deep (1$"x27x3") and <br /> covered with vandal-resistant glass/lexan plastic. Menu <br /> boxes should be mounted approximately fifty-two inches <br /> (52") from the sidewalk to the bottom of the box. <br /> (ii) Location of Signs <br /> Signs may be placed at any location on the fapade without regard <br /> to whether the sign is an "upper level sign" or a "lower level sign". <br /> (iii) Number of Signs <br /> There must be no more than: <br /> (a) One (1) Wall Sign (Panel Sign, Pin-Mounted Sign or <br /> Painted Sign) or one (1) Projecting Sign (Grand Blade <br /> Sign) per street, interior access drive or pedestrian way <br /> frontage of a tenant space, provided that any tenant space <br /> 42 <br />
