It is anticipated <br /> that with the completion of these work items, <br /> and after the final plat approval for the <br /> subdivision on April 7, the city will be able <br /> to proceed with the infrastructure related to <br /> this mixed use development site. As a <br /> companion project to this work, the <br /> Mayflower Trunk Sewer project will <br /> commence to allow for coordinated <br /> construction of the two projects. <br /> Staff requests approval of Resolution 2850 <br /> and the Amendment To The Addendum To <br /> The Master Agency Agreement for <br /> Mayflower Realignment and Improvement <br /> Project— Supplement#1. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2850 <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2850 OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER AGENCY <br /> AGREEMENT(MAYFLOWER REALIGNMENT AND <br /> approving and authorizing the execution of IMPROVEMENT PROJECT-SUPPLEMENT#1)AND <br /> an amendment to the Master Agency CONTRACT AMOUNT OF$33,600 <br /> Agreement (Mayflower Realignment and <br /> Improvement Project— Supplement#1) and <br /> contract amount of$33,600. <br /> (8) Agreement for Services by and between <br /> the City of South Bend, Department of <br /> Redevelopment, acting by and through the <br /> 19 <br />
