Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (3) continued... <br /> The Club had already agreed to move <br /> themselves, and because of the delay has had <br /> to pay utilities on two buildings this winter. <br /> With the Club reimbursement, the <br /> Commission's acquisition and relocation line <br /> is still under budget. <br /> Secondly, the work ADG had to do to <br /> address the Building and Fire Departments <br /> concerns caused them to incur expenses that <br /> were above their original scope of work <br /> approved in November. The additional <br /> expense incurred by ADG is $2,350. As part <br /> of ADG's original scope of work, they will <br /> monitor Henry CAP'S construction work for <br /> the Club. <br /> Staff requests approval of this final <br /> relocation payment to the Club in the amount <br /> of$56,290, and the amount of$2,350 to <br /> ADG for the additional work necessary to get <br /> us to this point. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE FINAL RELOCATION <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the PAYMENT TO HELL'S ANGELS CLUB IN THE <br /> Commission approved the final relocation AMOUNT OF$56,290 AND APPROVED AN <br /> ADDITIONAL$2,350 TO ADG FOR ITS INCREASED <br /> payment to Hell's Angels Club in the amount SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> of$56,290 and approved an additional <br /> $2,350 to ADG for its increased scope of <br /> services. <br /> (4) Resolution No. 2848 appointing a member <br /> to the Architectural Review Board for <br /> Ignition Park <br /> Ms. Hathaway noted that the PUD requires <br /> 15 <br />
