290 CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 32. 1914. J Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana; That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City; Begin at the north west corner of lot 14 in Lederer & Longley t s Sub- Division of Large Lot One (1) in Cottrellts Addition to South Bent',; thence east along the south line of Sorin Street sixty six (66) feet to the north east corner Of lot 13 in said Sub - Division; thence south 105 feet to the first alley south of Sorin Street; thence west along the north line of said alley sixty six (66) feet to the south west corner of said lot 14; thence north 105 feet to the south line of Sorin Street which point is the place of beginning. Being all of lots 13 and 14 in Lederer and Longleyf s Sub. Division of large Lot One (1) Cottrell's Addition to South Bend, Indiana. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation: Begin at the southeast corner of Notre Dame Avenue ad d South. Bend Avenue; thence south along the east line of Notre Dame Avenue to the south line of Sorin Street; thence still south along the west line of lots 19,30967, and 78 in Lederer and Longley's Sub. Division of Large Lot One (1) Cottrellts Addition totthe north line o Cedar Street.; thence still south along the first alley west of Frances Street and said alley produced to the noth line of La Salle Avenue; thence east along the north line of La Salle Avenue to the east line of lot 13 Klingel & Mayrt s Sub. Division of lot 12 Cottrellts Addition ; thence north along the east line of lots 13 and 4 and the east line of said lots prod ced to the south line of Cedar Street; thence east along the south line of Cedar Street to a point in line with the east line of lot 92 in Lederer & Longley's Sub- Bivision; thence norrth along the east line of lots 92,53.44 and 5 to the south line of Sorin Street; thence still north along the center of alley east of Coquillard Street and center line of said alley pro- duced to the southerly line of South Bend Avenue; thence south westerly along the southerly line of South Bend Avenue to the east line of Notre Dame Avenut- Wlich point is the place Of beginning. The purpose of such appropriation is OPENING AND EXTENSION OF FRANCES STREET FROM .THE ALLEY NORT OF MINER STREET TO SORIN STREET. Notice of thi resolution shall be published on the 26th.2 day of June,1914 and on the 3rd. day of July,1914 in the South Bend Daily News -Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 21st., day of July, 1914 at 7:45 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
