Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2851 transferring <br /> ownership of part of a parcel to the State <br /> of Indiana <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2851 <br /> transfers a parcel of land located at the <br /> southwest corner of Jacob and South Bend <br /> Avenue to the State of Indiana for its work <br /> along State Road 23. The property is a <br /> triangle shaped piece right at the entrance to <br /> Frederickson Park on State Road 23..
