3.0 Implementation and.. Deliverables <br />The following describes the deliverables ("Deliverables") to be provided under this SOW, and the implementation process and <br />its various stages ("Implementation"), to be used by CSA, and Client's responsibilities therefor. <br /># Description <br />1 Implementation Kickoff Meeting: <br />1. Review and validate Client high level requirements and planned use of proposed solution. <br />2. Communicate and collect all required information, resources and access permissions needed for <br />successful solution implementation/Implementation completion with Client. <br />3. Identify the Subject Matter Experts (SMES) and verify their availability, e.g. systems administrators, <br />data base administrators, network engineers, and end -users. <br />4, Schedule the implementation activities to minimize Client business disruptions. <br />2 Solution installation and Configuration (Deliverable #1).- <br />1. uniFLOW Server Installation with and external. SQL DB: <br />Add IIS Role with required options for uniFLOW. <br />Add LPD/LPR if required (MAC printing or CRQM). <br />Disable Windows Firewall or open required ports for uniFLOW. <br />Install uniFLOW. <br />2. Mobile Print/Web Submission Conversion Software Per Server ADD -ON: <br />11 Customer must first install their full Microsoft Office 'Suite on any server requiring this feature. <br />Install and configure Neevia Document Converter. <br />Install Foxit Reader.. <br />3. RPS Installation (Two RPSs configured using uniFLOW Resiliency): <br />Open specific uniFLOW ports if required. <br />Install RPS software (momaps.exe) on customer's print server. <br />Nate that a reboot of the print server is required. <br />Ensure connection to uniFLOW server and proper synchronization of RPS <br />4. RPS Printer Queue Creation: <br />Work with customer to establish a printer naming convention and connectivity strategy. <br />Install Canon model specific and uniFLOW genetic print drivers. <br />Create Windows printers and port connections. <br />S. LDAP Import connections: <br />Note: A dotnain'\user service account with rights to bind to LDAP must be provided by customer. <br />This account's password can never change. Customer must provide all DNs of OUs containing user accounts for <br />import into uniFLOW. One connection for each OU will be created. <br />Create uniFL.OW LDAP Connection to access a specific OU that contains user accounts. <br />Configure for servername/lP & username/password to bind to LDAP. <br />Determine and apply user object filter needed to ensure only user accounts are imported. <br />Map LDAP attributes to uniFLOW field scheme as required. <br />Set static mappings if required to support overall design of system. <br />6. Reporting Task: <br />Configure a reporting task to generate a specific built-in uniFLOW Statistics report and email to customer defined <br />personnel. <br />SMB and FTP file transfers are also supported. <br />p I�� This document is the property of and its proprietary to Canon Solutions America.
