Dieter <br /> First District Several weeks ago contact was sent to each of the Common Council Members inquiring <br /> Henry Davis, Jr. about Senate Bill 590, which is under discussion in the Indiana General Assembly. <br /> Second District <br /> Each of the Council Members signing this letter have concerns regarding Bill 590 as <br /> Thomas LaFountain presently drafted, which are summarized in the proposed resolution. <br /> Third District <br /> As you are well aware, we have collectively worked hard with the City Administration <br /> Ann Puzzello to keep a balanced city budget during these tough economic times.
