ACTION (ADVERTISE/CONTACT): In order for your bid to be deemed responsive, the City of South Bend requires that all perspective bidders complete no less than 2 of the following: 1 Attend all pre -bid meetings scheduled by the City to inform MBEJWBEs of contracting and Subcontracting opportunities. 2.
