Amendment: <br />This Supplement Agreement No. Iincreases the current contract fee ��14,500,00 by $19,650.00 to <br />'2q4,150.00'andincorporates all other terms and conditions asset forth |mthe original Agreement dated <br />February 28, 2017 and Supplement Agreement No. I dated October 10, 2017. The original Agreement, <br />dated February 28, 2017, and Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated October 10, 2017, shall remain in full <br />force and effect, except asherein modified. <br />The undersigned attests, subject tothe penalties for perjury, that he isthe contract party, mrthat he is <br />the representative, agent, member or officer of the Engineer that he has not, nor has any other member, <br />employee, representative, agent or officer of the firm, company, corporation or partnership represented <br />by him, directly or indirectly, to the best of his knowledge, entered into or offered to enter into, any <br />combination, collusion ofagreement to receive or pay, and that he has not received or paid, any sum of <br />money or other consideration for the execution, of thiis Contract other than that which appears upon the <br />face nfthe Contract. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Supplemental Agreement No. 2. <br />Bm <br />Gary K.
