However, it is struCturally sound. As an alternative to complete removal or surface seat -if cation and patching, TC1 is offering minor repairs and a lump sum credit. The amount of the one-time lump sum deduct to the final contract value of $22,000.00. The minor repairs are limited to: + Encapsulate pipe support in grout to avoid water ponding • Patch edge of joints prior to caulking (approximately 30 It) • Minor grinding of concrete slobbers primarily under pipe • Minor patching around Norlliern access hatch to ramp up height difference (10 If x 3") + Minor patching or exposed aggregate tinder pipe Expansion joints will be sealed per plan The adjustment proposed is the entire adjustment to the Contract to which the proposer believes it is entitled as a result of the proposed change.
