The expansion <br />will encompass parts of Western Avenue. This effort is a facet of a broader City <br />initiative aimed towards addressing the digital divide in South Bend, working <br />towards digital inclusion. The Office of Innovation and Technology team has <br />reviewed the quote and gives favorable recommendation as well. <br />The not to exceed cost of $3,500.00 is to provide and install conduits and fiber on <br />Western Avenue between South Kaley Street and Dundee street as well as <br />several blocks expanding outwards from these streets. <br />Thank you, <br />Brian Donoghue <br />
