<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1209
<br />Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City bf
<br />South Bend, St, Joseph County►, Stste of Iudi&Ra, that it is desired and
<br />deemed necessary to improve Edgewater Drive and Harper, Court from Arch
<br />-Avenue to River Avenue as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said drive and Court shall be
<br />graded and the roadway.thereof shall be paved, and also the roadway of
<br />certain portions of the streets and alleys which, enter or intersect said
<br />DriveandCourt shall be graded and paved. Tht paving material tube used
<br />in necking said impRovement shall be Sheet asphalt, bititulithic, Asp altic
<br />concrete, Brick or,Portlan.d,nement Concrete pavement seven-(7) inhes this
<br />and the foundation shall be -Portland cement concrete six (6) inches thic
<br />fe the sheet asphalt, bitulithiev asphaltic concrete and brick or rolled
<br />gravel six (6) inches, thick for tke brick, also cement curb shall be coa-
<br />cetructed along said Drive and Court where same is necessary and not
<br />already constructed* manholoS, stern water inlets and conduits shall be
<br />constructed ab nil street and alley intersections where necessary, all as
<br />is ,tore particularly show and all in accordance with the plans, profiles
<br />detail drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the Department*
<br />of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.

<br />• Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of
<br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, State 9 Indiana, that it is desired and
<br />deemed necessary to improve Corby Street from St. Louis Blvd, to South Bend
<br />Avenue as follows$ to -wit: -
<br />Said street shall be.graded and the roadway
<br />thereof shall be pgve4t and also the roadway of certain portions of the
<br />streets and alleys which enter or intersect said street shall be graded
<br />and paved. The paving material to be used in making said _improvement Shall
<br />be Skeet asphalt, Bitulithic, asphaltic coacrwl,e, brick or Portland cement
<br />concrete pavement Bevel& (7) inches thick and the foundation shall be Port-
<br />land cement concrete six (6) inches thick for the skeet asphalt, Bitul=thin
<br />asphaltic concrete and brick, or rolled gravel six (6) inches t,hie-k:for
<br />the brick, also cement curb shall be constructed along said street where
<br />sane is necessary and not already constructed, manholes, storm water inlets
<br />and conduits shall be constructed where necessay. All manholes tops and
<br />storm water inlets shall be set to the proper grade, cement marginal curb
<br />shall be constructed at all street and alley intersections where necessary,
<br />all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans,
<br />profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the
<br />Department►of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
