Restoration to include eight (8) windows, <br />five (5) doorway transoms. Decorative woodwork is found at the windows, the doorway transoms <br />and the doors. Paint to be removed to bare wood, wood to be repaired, painted using wood <br />preservative, primer and latex topcoats. Provide new sashes with 5/8" - I" insulated glazing, <br />Manufacturer applied painted coating. Installed as fixed windows, except at three (3) locations for <br />marquee access. $190,000 <br />DOORS <br />Provide twelve (12) pairs of new aluminum entry doors and frames with 1" insulated glazing and <br />heavy duty commercial grade hardware. (Note that transom and woodwork restoration included <br />in window pricing.) $125,000 <br />RESTROOMS <br />Demolish existing Mens and Womens Restrooms at lower level (below Lobby). Provide new and <br />expanded restrooms at the demolished locations. Restrooms shall be handicapped accessible. Mens <br />restroom to contain five (5) water closets, six (6) urinals, four (4) lavatories, toilet partitions, entry <br />vestibule with door, chase walls, new finishes, toilet accessories, lighting and ventilation. Womens <br />restroom to contain eleven (11) water closets, eight (8) lavatories, toilet partitions, entry vestibule <br />with door, chase walls, new finishes, toilet accessories, lighting, ventilation, water heater, and water <br />heater closet with door. $231,250 <br />EXTERIOR NORTH WALL <br />Tuck point approximately 25% of the wall.
