Present Master Plan to designated City and Morris Performing Arts Center personnel. PART II. TERMS & CONDITIONS: A. The design services described in Part 1 (A) above shall be performed within 45 days from the receipt of the signed contract for the project. B. The design services described in Part I (B - D) above shall be performed within 90 days from the receipt of the signed contract for the project. Work will be performed concurrently with services described in Part I (A). Schedule may be adjusted depending on availability for meetings and presentations. C. The fee for the project work described in Part I (A thru D) shall be: Lump Sum Fee as follows: 1. Recommendations to restore Fountain ............... ..............................$ 9,300.00 2. D. It is understood that OWNER shall allow HERCEG access to all plans and /or records in its possession and at its disposal pertaining to this work. If no plans are available HERCEG will field measure and draw plans as necessary on an hourly basis as described in Item I below. E. It is understood the OWNER shall hire an electrical contractor or testing agency if it is determined testing of wiring and equipment is necessary. F_ The OWNER shall pay all reimbursable expenses which include all reouired submittal fees, any environmental testing or engineering, copy and photo costs outside the scope of work listed.
