(Enyart <br />Motors) <br />(7) Resolution No. 2794 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area (1514 S. Scott Street) <br />Mr. Relos noted that 1514 S. Scott Street was <br />added to the Airport Economic Development <br />Area Acquisition List by Resolution <br />No. 2668 on May 21, 2010. The property is <br />a two story residence. The first floor is <br />owner occupied, with the second floor being <br />a rental. Total square footage is 1,364. Both <br />floors are one bedroom and one bath. The <br />main floor consists of 704 square feet; the <br />second floor consists of 660 square feet. <br />Resolution No. 2794 sets the acquisition <br />value of the property at $25,500, the average <br />value as determined by two independent <br />appraisals. Staff recommends approval. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2794 <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area (1514 <br />S. Scott Street) <br />(8) Resolution No. 2795 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (230 E. Sample Street, <br />Discount Rental) <br />Mr. Relos noted that 230 E. Sample was <br />added to the Airport Economic Development <br />Area Acquisition List by Resolution <br />No. 2596 on August 26, 2009.
